One plug, many devices

You can never have too many places to plug in all those computer gadgets, but you can have too many power cords for a standard surge protector.

JDI Technologies in Auburn Hills recently launched a set of products to deal with that problem. Stackable USB or FireWire hubs have been around for a while, allowing you to plug multiple devices into one gadget, which are then plugged into your PC.

But the GoldX system takes that a couple of steps further. By building a tower of their gadgets, you can plug in all those items plus network jacks for your PCs or game consoles.
